What this site collects
There are no accounts, passwords, or purchases on this site. It collects information in two ways:
1. When you use the contact form
Your name, work email, company, business model, funding stage, current marketing setup, and whatever you write in the free-text field. This is submitted through a third-party form processor, Web3Forms, which forwards it directly to Mohit's email inbox. It is used solely to read your enquiry, do background research before a call, and reply to you. It is not added to a mailing list, sold, or shared with anyone else.
2. Automatically, through hosting, analytics, and advertising
This site is hosted on Netlify, which logs standard technical data for every visitor (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring page) for security and performance purposes, per Netlify's own privacy policy. This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand traffic and on-site behavior, Microsoft Clarity to produce heatmaps and record anonymised session replays (a reconstruction of scrolling, mouse movement and clicks during a visit, with text input masked by default), and the LinkedIn Insight Tag to understand visits arriving from LinkedIn and build audiences for LinkedIn advertising. Both log when a visitor submits the contact form, so we can tell which channels actually produce enquiries. If this site is running paid advertising, Google Ads and/or Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads may also use cookies to measure which ads led to a visit or a form submission, and to show relevant ads to people who've visited before (remarketing).
Cookies
This site uses cookies and similar identifiers from Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure traffic, replay how pages are used, and understand which visits turn into enquiries. If advertising tracking (Google Ads, Meta Ads) is also active, those platforms may set their own cookies too. You can block or clear any of these at any time through your browser settings, or opt out directly:

How your information is used
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare for a call, if you submit the contact form
- To understand which marketing channels and ads bring genuine enquiries, in aggregate
- To keep the site secure and working correctly
Your information is never sold. It's shared only with the service providers needed to run the site and process enquiries (currently Web3Forms for form delivery and Netlify for hosting), and with advertising platforms only in the limited, aggregated way those platforms' pixels and cookies operate.
How long information is kept
Contact form submissions are kept in Mohit's email inbox for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and maintain business records; there's no separate database. You can ask for your enquiry to be deleted at any time (see below).
Your rights
Wherever you're located, you can ask to see, correct, or delete any information you've submitted through this site. Email karwal.mohit@gmail.com with your request and it'll be handled within a reasonable time, generally within 30 days.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for founders and business decision-makers. It is not directed at, and does not knowingly collect information from, anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If what this site collects or how it's used changes materially, for example by adding a new analytics or advertising tool, this page will be updated and the effective date above will change.
